Usually pretty decent response time to get your groceries out to you. The last 5 times or so I have been missing quite a few items. I'll no longer be using this service anymore since I have to go in and repurchase items they charge for but don't provide
Got tea in my order but... I didn't order that. Need to see if an order item is missing. **** Update: Since switching from store provided bags, my bananas are always bruised if I get them through pick up. I think I will just get those at Safeway. Walmart associates are always pleasant when they great me and efficiently load the car. Bananas are the only complain, but everything else is always great.
Thanks for moving the grocery pickup to the other side of the store. There is much more area for parking, and it's easier to get in and out with the orders. Every associate that brings me my order is friendly and helpful, getting me what I ordered. Thank you for this service. It makes my life so much easier.
